The LeMerdien is a restored Courthouse located in downtown Tampa, a great location in close proximity to the Riverwalk, theaters, fine dining and adjacent to the Sacred Heart historical church. Breakfast is served early with a late check out giving extra time to use the fitness center. On Valentines Day the staff passed out beautiful red roses as they seated us in the restaurant.

Great Staff, Latisha, Kennie, Ember were all great, so helpful, and the valet service team was great! Very cool hotel, so glad we got to try it and if in downtown Tampa, will definitely come back. Food well prepared (just did small bites) but were very nice.

Everything! From the guest service to the property itself! I took my wife to see her favorite band for her 40th birthday, and every aspect is amazing! The young man who worked the evening shift at the front desk, as well as everyone else, was amazing! Thank you guys! - the goth couple Jeremiah Saint and Tara Ryze

Staff was wonderful! Very clean and food at the restaurant was very good. The uniqueness of the hotel is outstanding.

I liked that there was an option for valet parking. It cost around $35 daily but worth it. The room was close to everything I had in mind to do. Great area. My needs were accommodated.

Great centralized location within walking distance of restaurants. Unique historic building with preserved character yet modern amenities.

I really enjoyed the front desk staff and manager allowing us to get a preferred room at the last minute they really went out of their way bravo !
